Yes I am getting the kinetics. It may be in your best interest to wait to start you project until after the run.  You will get to see many different stereo setups.

If your still doing the Kinetic or whatever brand, count me in for one as we talked before.  Any problems, let me know.

I know there will be lots of ideas at the run but I need to get the project moving.  I talked with the guy today and he said it'll be done by the 4th.  I am fairly certain this is the set-up I want.

Slowly but surely my winter/spring projects will get done.

Yes he did....gonna drop it off tomorrow so he can get the dimensions of it and start working.  He said it should only take two weeks.  He also said he did the lights on your boat and had some more to put in, I think I am going to see what he can come up with lights in my cockpit.  I may have install the last set of speakers and amp before the 4th...lol.....we'll see right.

Wayne,

If that is the same guy that installed Daves last set of speakers, I would not let him touch your speakers or amps. I don't say this lightly when I say what he did to Daves boat was crap. The one speaker looked like he dug the hole out with a screw driver, I am suprised the speaker did not fall out. You can ask Boatbum he seen it as well. He had the wiring all screwed up as well.

If he can build the pod, and it looks good then take that, Let someone thats knows what they are doing take care of the rest.

Point taken........I took it to him this morning to get an idea of what I want him to do.  He said drop it offmon morning and it'll be ready for the run.....so he says......I was really impressed with the price too but we'll have to see what the work is like.  The only wiring he really is doing is swapping out an existing amp.

Thats because you listened to the boat a full volume for more than 5 min. Now you have hearing damage and can't hear anything anyway.
